Welcome to 172 Artz. The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to 172 Artz.
172 Artz operates this website and store, including all information, content, products, services, and tools (collectively, the “Services”). The Services are provided via Shopify.

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from this site, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

All products are handmade and unique. Variations in appearance, color, or texture are inherent and are not defects. Product images are representative only and do not constitute a warranty of exact appearance.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

All orders are subject to acceptance by 172 Artz. Payment must be received and processed before an order is accepted. Once accepted, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

Purchases are for personal use only and may not be resold.

SECTION 3.5 – FINAL SALE / DAMAGE-ONLY REFUNDS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Refunds or replacements are considered only if an item is damaged during postal or carrier transit.
 • Damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
 • Claims submitted after 7 days are automatically denied.
 • Clear photographic proof of damage and packaging is required.
 • No refunds for preference, dissatisfaction, sizing, or buyer’s remorse.

No exceptions.

SECTION 4 – PRICING AND BILLING

Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping, taxes, customs, or import fees. You are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Once an order is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer.
172 Artz is not responsible for delays, loss, or mishandling by shipping carriers.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site is the exclusive property of 172 Artz and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS

Third-party tools are provided “as is” and “as available.” We assume no responsibility or liability for their use.

172 Artz is powered by Shopify. All purchases are made directly with 172 Artz. Shopify bears no responsibility or liability for any transaction, product, or dispute.

SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK

Any feedback submitted grants 172 Artz a perpetual, royalty-free, unrestricted license to use it for any purpose. No compensation is owed.

We reserve the right to correct errors or cancel orders arising from inaccuracies at any time.

SECTION 13 – PROHIBITED USES

Any misuse, abuse, scraping, fraud, or unlawful activity will result in immediate termination of access without notice.

We reserve the right to terminate access at any time. Obligations incurred prior to termination remain enforceable.
