Returns & Refunds Policy

Refunds are accepted within 7 days of delivery and only for items damaged during postal or delivery transit.

Eligibility
 • You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
 • The item must be damaged due to the postal/delivery service.
 • Proof of damage (photos/videos) is required.
 • Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Non-Eligible Returns

We do not accept returns or refunds for:
 • Buyer’s remorse
 • Normal wear and tear
 • Incorrect size or preference
 • Sale items or gift cards
 • Custom or personalized items

How to Report Damage

Email us at nelida211@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:
 • Your order number
 • Photos of the damaged item
 • Photos of the packaging

Do not send items back without approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refunds
 • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
 • Processing time: up to 10 business days after approval.
