Orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout. All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the carrier, 172 Artz is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon shipment.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. 172 Artz is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

If your order arrives damaged due to carrier handling, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence so the issue can be reviewed.
